Adult ADHD evaluations and targeted, practical strategies for executive functioning, including attention, organization, planning, prioritization, time management, task initiation, follow-through, emotional regulation, and impulsivity. We also support women whose ADHD symptoms may have been overlooked or recognized later in life.

Medication is not automatically the answer for every concern.

Your plan may include therapy strategies, behavioral tools, lifestyle support, selected supplements, medication when appropriate, or a thoughtful combination. You will never be pressured to take medication.

Lisa Johnson is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Thrivewell Health. She provides personalized telehealth care for adults and young adults, with a clinical focus that includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, women’s mental health, neurodivergent-informed care, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and culturally responsive support for BIPOC communities.

Her approach emphasizes evidence-informed treatment, cultural humility, collaborative decision-making, and consideration of the whole person.
